Have I ever told you guys how much I love salted caramel… ??
I had pretty high expectations of these before I baked them:
1. because I am a pastry chef in training
2. because the man himself, Adriano, put his name to this product and
3. because at the time I baked these I was incredibly hungry.
First, off can I just say also, these took me two go’s. Mainly because I hate following a recipe and decided “screw it – I’ll do it my way” – then it didn’t work. So, my best advice to you guys would be.. follow the instructions EXACTLY and they will work out perfectly ;)
