Good for picnics, BBQ’s, lunch or dinner
Ingredients
- 400g can of bean mix
- 250g of cherry tomatoes, quartered
- 150g rocket leaves
- 1 small spanish onion, sliced thinly
- 1/4 cup of balsamic dressing
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- salt and pepper
1. Drain and rinse the bean mix.
2. Whisk olive oil and balsamic dressing until combined. Add remaining ingredients and coat well. Season well
